  • Training with the Pros!

Watch this video to see retired baseball catcher Brook Fordyce train 13 year old Sam Fockler, into being the next great catcher. Sam is one of the hardest working 13 year old's in his league. So if you're interesting in seeing how a Pro trains an up and coming athlete click the link to see the video. Support Team 4 Dyce

Hm, you might want to slow him down on the speed drills and work on his form. What size field is he on that his pop time is around 2.6?

I'm not sure what to make of the video, but I love the slogan "turns duds to studs."

His pop time is faster than that, but yea his form was off slightly because he was tired that day.

          Very cool clip.

I'm not Brook, I'm one of the people he trains. I also help promote his training and make video's for him

He gave the kid a good workout. And I like how he hits popups.

That's freakish.... 40 seasons I could not hit a pop up like that if my life depended on it.

I used a two wheel Juggs method - Thoomp!

He is a great trainer. Brook is very serious about baseball and not many people are able to handle his intense workouts.
