I am a big proponent of dynamic stretching. we do this every day before throwing. However, I will ask the kids to do some static stretching if they have a long bull pen session or early in the season when we do alot of conditioning.

Been reading a lot about static stretching vs. dynamic warmup routines. Just wondering what others are doing. I currently have our players do a combination of static stretching and various running drills, we then pair up and throw.
