    More discussion in the past.

Personally I would tell you to buy Ted Williams book "The Science of Hitting" and learn it backwards and forwards. Also watch youtube videos of MLB hitters swings in slow motion.

I love The Science of Hitting, and I think it's the best book on the subject. Unfortunately, it's vague, and leaves out a few things that he did (unknowingly or not). Yes, it can be used as a basic teaching aid. However, it needs to be complemented with a system that is compatible with Ted's words.

For example, Ted's recommendation to "cock the hips" leads to three or four different interpretations. I believe in the one which Enc and Noontime described the feel of and Mud described the anatomy of during the "Rear Leg Action" thread.

Thanks for your answer. I red the past thread, only one member give opinion on the MP30. This thread talks more about the swing mechanics, not about training tools. I red ted Williams book, and Tony Gnynn book.
