    After toe touch...

    He drops his arms and hands, without dropping/tilting his back shoulder.

    The back elbow and back shoulder should drop roughly as a unit.

    Looks pretty good. If he likes to practice then the switch hitting might be a possibility. Maybe do a fair amount of one handed drills to improve the eye-hand.

    Have him initiate his lead elbow at the pitcher's head. This will keep him from dropping his hands early. It is a great cue.

    Thanks Jake! We don't normaly go at that pace, but we had to get it done quick because he had a football game that day!
