Okay, I have 4 coaches total, 5 cages and 1 short toss area. No machines. Unlimited balls, tees. Coaches can throw bp. 20 kids-13,14,15 yrs old. 1 hour. 12 weeks.

Do you have any suggestions as to how to run it? What would the "stations" be like?

Cage 1 have kids do tee work on their own
Cage 2 Have coach do front toss (left, center, right)
Cage 3 Coach pitching kids bunting
Cage 4 Coach pitching kids hit to right side
Cage 5 Coach pitching kids hit and go with the pitch
