Yes, this game exists as I have this radio broadcast.

Thanks Rob. I stand corrected there are two guys here I trade with; both very good guys.

This looks like a great forum with lots of interesting topics. You're right it could be easy to spend hours here.

Hey Karl, welcome aboard, had to do a double take when I saw your screenname. I didnt realize that Allen was a member here too. For all others who do not NineWorldSeries or apbaball, both are really good guys that have some great games to offer.

I would love to have some Indians broadcasts from the 70s when Herb Score and Joe Tait were the announcers. I grew up in north central Ohio and spent many hours listening to them. I remember taping some games back then, but unfortunately I never saved them.
Charlie Danrick is the guy who used to advertise baseball tapes in Baseball Digest for many years. He sells them on eBay, and I have always been pleased with what I received from him.

Hopefully it doesn't violate any etiquette here to post a link to his eBay store:

    http://stores.ebay.com/Baseball-on-the-Radio

If you search the store for "Indians" or "Cleveland", you can find quite a few games. His site and also the MLB site (twice the price, though) were big boons to my collecting.

Herb just recently passed away and it felt like I lost a friend.

What memories, Horrible teams, but they were my team.

Hmm... I do not have it, nor have I ever seen it on anyone's lists. I would be very interested in a copy, though!

I have heard Bob Elson's call of the missed third strike from the 41 W.S., so at least that highlight is available. Gillette kept a copy of all the games they sponsored (All Star and World Series) but they have never made those games available to the public. Gillette began sponsoring the World Series in 1939, so the 1941 World Series was preserved for sure. It would be great if Gillette would make the broadcasts they sponsored available to the public. I wrote to them several years ago to say just that but never got a response.

    met games

Nugget, I know the Met broadcast of game 6 of the 86 NLCS and game 6 of the 86 World Series are available. Check on ebay. Also, there are internet sites that are licensed to sell baseball broadcasts.
