Does anyone know if this "poster" actually existed in 1955? I have seen "new" ones on eBay along with an occasional "vintage" poster. I've tried to look through pictures of The Bronx and Brooklyn to see if there are any of these on a light pole, etc. I'm just trying to find out if a poster like this did exist, not if this us authentic. Thanks, Steve

I would be very careful about buying one. The don't think they ever made those posters back in the 1950's. I have a friend who does antique fairs in NJ and he told me he knew of a guy who had stacks of these posters and was "aging" them to make them look "old". I have seen similar style posters for sports and concerts.1a_1.JPG
