I have a contract signed by Cal Ripken and his wife (for a commercial deal) that was passed over to me. I'm curious if that would ever be worth anything. Any inputs?

It's a unique autograph of one of the most popular players of the last quarter-century. Ripken collectors (and there are plenty) would be very interested. I'm unsure of the value.
