Who are the best players to send to @ ST?

This is the first time I'm doing TTM during Spring Training. I know alot of people on here have done it multiple years, so I was hoping they could share their knowledge with me. I know certain players will only sign during Spring Training. I've also heard of former players signing during Spring Training thru the team. Who would you all suggest a first timer send to? I don't want to miss out on certain players incase they can't/won't sign anymore (I'm still a little sad I didn't send to Johnny Podres before he passed away). Thanks.
