Is Shane Spencer in Pads Camp?

Shane Spencer is the hitting Coach for Lake Elisnore this season.
I was wondering I anyone knows if he came too Big league Camp?
and a 2nd question. Are the minor league camps at the same locations as
the Big League Camps?

from what I believe most minor leagues practice with the big leagues
