Does anyone know if Phil signs ttm or not? I have gotten his auto on a ball before at a game, but I have a few cards I would like to get signed. Thanks in advance.

I collect any and all Braves cards and memorabilia. I also collect baseballs and Pre-1060's Topps cards.

He does sign TTM. However, his signing habits are very sporadic. Some people will get him on the first request. Others have to send several times to get his autograph. While others never get his autograph at all. He is infamous for sending requests back as "Return to Sender". There are folks that state that if you decorate the outside of the envelope that it will increase the likelihood of him signing. I haven't tried him in several years, so I can't speak from experience. Good luck. -
