  • 2007 Topps '52 SP and Action?

I see in my Beckett that 2007 Topps '52 has some cards that have both SP's and "Action" versions that are worth more than the "regular" version. How are these versions different than the "regular" card? I have two different versions of #70, Delmon Young, but don't know which is which. I also have a #170 of Justin Upton, but don't know what version it is. Can anyone help?

I can post scans if it'd help.

After busting three boxes and the equivalent of a box of packs, I only have the Action AND regular cards of one player: Daisuke Matsuzaka (at least I think so). Basically, the "Action" cards have a player doing something...pitching, batting, fielding...whereas the regular cards have a portrait.

Ok, so the horizontal card of Young is his "regular card", and the one where he's running is an "action" version? And the Upton is his regular card?

Anyone know about SP's? What do they look like? Also, do only certain cards have the three versions, or do ALL cards have all three versions?

Correct. SP's are just certain cards. SP=short print. It's the action cards and the cards numbered past (I believe) 171.

2007 Topps '52 also has "regular" & "action" cards of Joba Chamberlain and Phil Hughes.
