  • I need help figuring something out!!

    Hello,
I am writing to see if there is a San Francisco Giants fan out there who can help me. I have a San Francisco Giants/Coca Cola/Barry Bonds Rubiks cube that was given out as a game souvenir in the early to mid 1990's at Candlestick Park. I am trying to figure out who the other three players are on the cube and possibly the year of issue and who the Giants played that game. I contacted the Baseball Hall of Fame for the San Francisco Giants and they were unable to help. Let me know if anyone can help. Many Thanks!!

Ask west coast orange and black
Mythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. I'm almost useful, every village needs an idiot.

No, it's different. If you don't mind taking a minute to log into e-Bay, I found one for sale there that displays the picture. The item # is as follows: 150199331892. If you could please help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time!

Yes, this is the one! If anyone knows information on when this was given out, who the Giants played, what year, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Why not write to the people with the auctions up for bid? They may have the information.

Unfortunately, the guy selling it doesn't have any history or knowledge about the rubik's cube, but thanks for the suggestion!

All you need to do is post a picture of the other 2 players, its simple.

We cant ID what we cant see.

I went to 300+ games in SF in the 1990s. It should be easy to a Giants fan.

The photo of Bonds on that Cube in auction looks like its 1998-2001 to me.

                  Dear Flying Dutch Dude,
I will be happy to post pictures of the other players on the cube. Since I am new to this site, can you tell me how I would go about doing that? I really appreciate your help-I contacted the SF Giants Hall of Fame and they would not help me, so if you can, I would be most grateful. Thanks so much!
