  • Should we start a "Send out thread"? (poll)

We have a monthly ttm success thread.... should we start a "Who are we sending out to thread"? A thread where each time you mail a batch of players or retired requests out that you post who you are sending to? I don't know... just a thought.

I voted yes...it might be nice to see who others have sent out to and not heard back from.

I sometimes search the collecting board for a player name when I sent out to see if anyone has had a success with that player. Seeing that someone has sent to that player and not had a success would be helpful.

I voted yes because it's sort of motivating. Even though I'm too broke to buy stamps either way.

I voted "No"; but if everyone else wants one it can obviously just be a thread that I ignore.

Well if this pans enough yes votes... then we will have a 2008 thread. Not a monthly thread.

It seems like something that if you're interested in it, you can take part in it, if not, your don't have to...so I don't see a good reason NOT to have one. Of course, I suppose we'd need at least a few people using it to get the "critical mass" to make it useful.

I'd use it. And I'm single-handedly keeping the eBay thread alive.

If it is an annual one I for one would like to see ONLY send posts, I accept and participate in non-topic posts in the monthly TTM successes but that is because it is monthly and anything that gets too off topic will be gone in a few days when the top of the month comes along.

I don't want to make a year long thread without input from you guys. Because without you members... I wouldn't have a job here. :cap:
So I want everyone's opinion (who does ttm).

I agree. Off topic stuff can stay in the monthly ttm threads. If we do get a year long thread then I will make sure that it stays on topic.
                      P.S.
As I review on who posted for yes or no.... half of the names i don't even recognize!
