2008 Topps Moments & Milestones

I'm trying to price out the new 08 Topps Moments & Milestones on Beckett online. I understand there are numerous cards for say No. 118 Manny Ramirez. Its based on no. of hits he had in 1999. When I look it up Beckett the cards are listed as 118-10 thru 118-99. I have hits 108 & 158. No where on the card do I find the numbers 10-99. Does anyone know what the deal with this? The cards all seem to have the same value. That is not my concern. But, I am building lists in Excel of Star Players and I want the list to make sense.
Any help would be appreciated
