If it's a "guaranteed 3", and you're not getting them - it's a Topps issue. I haven't bought boxes since the early 00's but even though they said a certain number could be attained, the side-box showing the breakdown woulds say something like an "average of 3" can be pulled. Topps is a big brand who's been around for a long time. It wouldn't surprise me to see that disclaimer still on the breakdown panel simply as a fallback in case of a bad release.

I'm not sure if any of you are having this same problem but I bought four hobby boxes and only one of them actually had the three hits that it said it should have. The other three boxes only had two hits. I went back through all my cards and double checked to see if I missed something. I guess I'll be calling Topps tomorrow to see what they tell me.

Have anyone of you ever had this problem before? If so, what was your course of action? Thanks.
