      Pitcher Tom Colcolough, 1893-1895
After winning his only pitching decision in 1893, Colcolough was 8-5 in 1894 with a 7.23 ERA. The following season he was 1-1 with a 6.65 ERA before finishing the season with the Wilkes-Barre team in the Eastern League. He resurfaced with the Giants in 1899, when he was 4-5 in his final major league season.

This one looks familiar! I tracked this image down at the Baseball Hall of Fame. Previously, the only image of Colcolough I could find was a blurry one from a team photograph.

                        1894 Pittsburgh Pirates
Top Row (L-R): Frank Scheibeck (Utility), Ad Gumbert (P), Red Ehret (P), Al Lukens (P/DNP*), possibly Billy Earle (C/DNP**).
Middle Row (L-R): Tom Colcolough (P), Mike Smith (LF), Patsy Donovan (RF), Bill Terry (P), Connie Mack (C), Frank Killen (P), Joe Sugden (C).
Bottom Row (L-R): Jake Stenzel (CF), George Nicol (P), Phil Knell (P), Al Buckenberger (Mgr.), Jack Glasscock (SS), Jake Beckley (1B), Denny Lyons (3B), Lou Bierbauer (2B).
*Lukens did not appear in a game for the Pirates in 1894; he pitched in a few for the Phillies that season.
*Earle did not appear in a game for the Pirates in 1894; he played for Louisville and Brooklyn instead.
Bill Terry and Phil Knell each pitched in just one game for Pittsburgh in 1894 before moving on to other teams--Terry to Chicago and Knell to Louisville. This photo thus dates from spring training or the opening of the season.

                          1895 Pittsburgh Pirates

Here is another version of the image in post #10, from sheet music available at Robert Edwards Auctions. Monte Cross is no longer pasted into the middle of the group; instead there is a man in street clothes sitting there who was probably there with the team in the studio. Cross is in the back row, far right, and was probably pasted into this one as well, though here his left leg is visible.

Top Row, L-R: Lou Bierbauer (2B), Bill Niles (3B), Tom Kinslow (C), Patsy Donovan (RF), Frank Killen (P), Pink Hawley (P), Monte Cross (SS).
Middle Row, L-R: Billy Clingman (3B), Mike Smith (LF), unknown, Connie Mack (C/Mgr.), Frank Genins (OF/IF), Jake Beckley (1B), Jake Stenzel (CF).
Bottom Row, L-R: Bill Hart (P), Jock Menafee (P), Tom Colcolough (P), Joe Sugden (C).

It looks like Tannehill is holding down Rube so he doesn't going chasing after any fire engines
