      Bobby Orr was the quickest skater, 2 strides to reach full speed, best defenseman NHL ever had, would kill penalties by holding the puck for a minute at a time-daring the opposing players to catch him as he skated rings around them. Orr could see the entire rink the way Bird had tremendous court sense. His stick-handling and shot accuracy were only matched by his incredible passing. Think of this Orr won the scoring tittle twice while winning the best defenseman award a record 8 straight years when his career was cut premature by two badly damaged knees...

          I barely remember him, but happened to catch his profile on ESPN Classic. I think he was some kind of ladies man, much like Johnny Bench.
