Matt would be shaking in his boots if asked to make a bet with me.

Matt is not very lucky making bets. His nickname is Charmeleon . I guess you can understand why.

What's up, the whipping stick used so often against the Birds doesn't work anymore. You people need to watch how the Yanks destroy lesser teams. One that isn't that far below Baltimore, might I add.

All you Beantowners need to do now is put tire marks on your backs, as you're about to be run over by the Yanks and everyone else to end this season.

Still, it was much more fun when Boston was at least good. Those were the days, my friend, those days actually did end. Those were the days ... those were the days!

        Hiya, Evan!
Aw, be quiet. The Sox got beat by the best pitcher in baseball. No shame in that!

BTW, did anyone read this morning's "Pearls Before Swine"?

Charmeleon. What a clever name. Who came up with that?

Hmmm Matt. I bet you that the Yankees win and you bet that Boston wins!!!! IT'S THE PERFECT PLAN!!!!!!!!!!

Anywho, just want to remind everyone that the Yanks can clinch by sweeping. I mean a mere 4 game series sweep. That's practically a snooze. Here's the happy picture and honest links ofd the day:

Somehow I knew you would show up after the Charmeleon remark...

Are you ready for a routing Ken?

You mean that Beantown is totally out of the playoffs this season? Let's see, would that be for sigs and avs, or naming rights to your first-born.

Be glad, since you'd still be wearing the Yankee av & sig right now. That 5-game smackdown sure did make chowda sales dip slightly in Beantown.

Oh, 2 of 3 tonight for Baltimore? I have heard that their crabfest beats the NE chowda by a long distance! May taste *MUCH BETTER* tonight after the game.

Yeah, but a sweep here is always two weeks mandatory.

Said the uncouth Bostonian. I'm simply telling them of the standard rules when betting. I'm not betting. BTW, I already know you Beantowners will lose mightily.

You Beantowners are like the kid who always gets flogged in public, but then comes back and says, "Yeah, I bet ya can't do it again".

Oh, and did I mention that Loewen is on his way to a monster game tonight? Geeeeeeeee, that Baltimore clam bake should be tasting wonderful about now. Make sure you bring some back for me.

                              • Trivia Time!!!!!

                                This is for you Evan

What MLB team (yes, some people think it's a minor league team but it's true it's a major league team) has A: Failed to win an MVP award in over 100 years of existence, B: Has less than half the championships the Yankees have C: Made one of the worst front office decisions in history by selling a certain pitcher who went on to be a certain slugger who hit 714 HR D: Is about to be swept under the carpet by the 26 time WS champion New York Yankees. Well Evan what is this MLB (no not minor league) baseball team?
