      • Okay that's it, Mattingly is now officially banned from betting on baseball

I mean, its the only logical explanation. That and pitching our 7th and 8th starters against your three "aces". Or of course having Damon, Matsui, and Posada injured for at least part of the series. That didn't help either I guess.

Also Matsuzaka looked like the vintage Pedro us Yankees fan remember, Congratulations.

So far Igawa has a better ERA against the SAWX than Matsuzaka has against the Yankees

I hear ya. I kind of gathered that... the frivolity. I don't post much on this thread but I do take a peek once in a while.

I do have great repect for the Bosox fans who even after a number of disappointments over the years always back their team and were rewarded in 2004.

A real rough ride for me in 2004. I'm not only a Yankee fan but a real fan of the game. Being so,I did congratulate the 2004 Bosox because they did show us all how to play the game. Getting off the floor down 3 games to none then beating the Yanks, walking right through the Cards in the WS.

                            They sure impressed me.
