Wife drags me to it...stuck in section of preteen girls who are drooling over DiCaprio...despite that, I managed to fall asleep somewhere within the first hour.

Movie mercifully ends..I wake up as credits roll...on way out of the theatre, I say to people waiting to get in "Boat sinks; people die." Wife elbows me in ribs.

Of course when it comes out on video, she's at the video store for the midnight sale date....

Pinstriped Worms..

The pinstriped worms are looking funny. They have kinks,a lot of scars. They seem to be getting younger, too. Younger ones seem to be nervous, but it makes them great bait. 'Ole mariners are going fishing again today. They are going to try for a bluefish. I think bluefish are oily, but hope they land a big one.

BA considers Matsuzaka a prospect... in fact, he was #1 on the preseason prospects list. Igawa should count too. I disagree 100% with this, but that's how they do it.

Well, Kei Igawa pitches like an inexperienced prospect at times, and his control is usually off. He reminds me of this Yankees pitcher...what was his name again? I'm trying to figure out his name. It sounded something similar to Hi-de-kee Ir-a-BOO...



Ten years ago, they got this Irabu person. He was supposed to be a very good ace, but he didn't live up to his name. Shortly thereafter, he went to a couple teams, then was out of baseball for good after 2002.

i seem to remember the Yankees having this 3B prospect they got from the Braves in December 67..guy had a great media buildup, then did nothing in two seasons....

I forget his name. but I heard he's back with the Braves...
