Well, if you're only considering the last decade... But the moniker "Titletown," would, it seems to me, imply that you have the most TITLES period (i.e. overall), which we already know is not true (previous posts in this thread).

NFL/Super Bowl Championships (9): 1927, 1934, 1938, 1956, III, XXI, XXV, XLII, and XLVI.

NBA Championships (2): 1970 and 1973.

Stanley Cups (11): 1928, 1933, 1940, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1994, 1995, 2000, 2003.

But me? I really like baseball.. Hey these are the World Series Championships the other NYC teams have won (8): 1905, 1921, 1922, 1933, 1954, 1955, 1969, and my favorite… 1986.

Not "title-geographical-area-ofthe-country." :stare: Otherwise, you'd soon claim that UConn's 2 shinny new titles count for Boston too. If you clain the Pats, you must concede the "New York Metro Area." Indeed, if you Google "map of the new york metropolitan area" this is the very first map:

But it's pointless. NYC proper has 35 WORLD SERIES Championships. That's equal to Boston's TOTAL title count. Clearly...
