I saw this and thought it might be interesting to some of us here. I think most of us are familiar with the Snopes website by now. If not, it's a website dedicated to the proving or disproving (debunking) of various urban myths of almost any subject you can think of. I pulled up their page of baseball myths and have posted the URL below for your amusement. Obviously, you just click on the hyperlinked word(s) in each topic in order to read the description. I must say, I have never even heard some of these 'myths', although most are familiar to me. Enjoy....
