That would get Mauer a few more votes.

      Smoltz/McCann
      Beckett/Varitek
      Halladay/Zaun

There are not a lot of great catchers in the majors right now. I only voted for one for some reason: Peavy/Bard, mostly because of Peavy. If I had voted for two more, they probably would have been Sabathia/Martinez and Penny/Martin.

          I think
          Sabathia - V-Mart
          Verlander - Rodriguez
          Wang - Posada

I'd take this one w/ a healthy Francisco.

For now, I gotta go w/ CC and Martinez.....if we're talking about the best combination.

I think Verlander wins the Cy Young this season.

I agree, Baker will be the #3 man at best in the rotation this year.

Probably it breaks down like this:

                    #1: Hernandez-Johjima

                    #2: Bedard-Johjima

You must be jealous because Bedard plays for the Mariners now!

No, you just don't like Bedard because he doesn't like Seattle. He is a way better pitcher than Hernandez.
