Believe it or not....MLB officials from baseball's new Investigaton Department interviewed Jose Canseco in the men's bathroom of a bookstore yesterday regarding the latest comments about steroids made in his new book.

Wow, MLB can't do anything right. How ridiculous is this?

Jose is just trying to profit on all the media attention. i turned him off a few years ago.

Jose Canseco is more and more resembling Paris Hilton. Someone who isn't relevant trying hard to be relevant and is a glutton for media attention.

Well, for someone who is so apparently irrelevant to so many, MLB certainly seems to be unusually interested in him. They couldn't just interview him in the offices (its not like he wouldn't show up), they went to his book signing and had him ushered to a men's room for a meeting???? C'mon. That's just silly.

Says Canceco and an "unidentified offical." Anytime I hear anything about an unnamed source involving the topic of steroids, I tune out. I refuse to believe anything if there is no one who can back it up. It's probably just Canceco looking for more and more face time for his new book.

True, but I consider Paris Hilton to be irrelevant too, and look how the media fawns all over her. I guess irrelevant may not be the best word. Canseco is like a bee at a picnic. You keep swatting him away but he keeps coming back.

                is that better?

The guy does seem to require attention.

Next thing you know, Canseco will be trying to get a worthless AB in a ST game like Crystal.

I predict that Jose & Ozzie Canseco will have their own reality television show within the next three years.

Mark Mcgwire needs to cash in on this. It seems all you have to do is write books about your steroid experences in baseball, and suddenly you are treated like the most honest man in the world. Maybe ol' Mark can take the same route to rehabiltate his image.

Canseco Before- Juicing, abusive, paranoid idiot
Canseco After- The most trusted man since Cronkite.

Well, that's good. I can't imagine why they'd want to go to the bathroom to talk.

The article said the interview took place in the green room.
