    2) MLB is going to start to sell approved supplements to teams, who can sell resell them to the players.

Maybe this is the reason for the new supplements policy. MLB just wants in on the action.

    3) Kirk Rueter announced his retirement.

    4) According to the Boston Globe, Roger Clemens says there isn't anything that teams can do to convince him to play for them in 2006. He still hasn't made up his mind yet, with the decision being between playing and retiring.

If Clemens plays, the Yankees, Red Sox, Astros and Rangers are reportedly the teams he would choose between.

    5) The Brewers sent Ps Jerome Gamble and Mike Jones to the minors.

    6) The Rangers sent P Nick Regilio to the minors.
