  • Most fun to watch teams

Not considering your personal preferences, what are your most fun to watch teams?

I like the rays and Rangers. the rays because of their great defense and unconventional style and the rangers because of the speed/power combination.

I think the Marlins will be the most fun-to-watch team this year. With Reyes, Bonifacio and Hanley Ramirez wreaking havoc on the bases, Michael Stanton crushing 500 foot homers, Josh Johnson mowing down hitters, and the antics of Zambrano and Ozzie Guillen.
    My top 10 players:

    1. Babe Ruth
    2. Barry Bonds
    3. Ty Cobb
    4. Ted Williams
    5. Willie Mays
    6. Alex Rodriguez
    7. Hank Aaron
    8. Honus Wagner
    9. Lou Gehrig
    10. Mickey Mantle

I like to watch the Rays. Although like GiambiJuice, I'm looking forward to seeing the Marlins. the D'backs are fun to watch too.

Dodgers. LOB CITY, BABY! (Left on Base)
Using a stolen chant from Boston Celtics fans whenever an L.A. team is playing up there just reeks of inferiority complex.

If hitting a baseball is the toughest thing to do in sports, then pitching must be the easiest thing to do in sports.

Well, this is pointless. Everyone will vote for their favorite team.

Well, except Astros fans of course

I voted for the Rangers, and no, I'm not a Ranger fan.

I'm a Mets fan and I voted for the Rays. They have a young pitching staff, good hitters and a great manager. Only downside would be the lousy ballpark.
The Mets have the best, smartest fans in baseball.

Rays - Madden, young exciting team
                Rangers - All around offense
                Mariners - Small ball, pitching
Tigers - Power, offensively and pitching-wise.
                Angels - Pujols, offense, pitching
Cardinals - How will they be post-Albert?
                Royals - Up and coming?
"No matter how great you were once upon a time — the years go by, and men forget,” - W. A. Phelon in Baseball Magazine in 1915. “Ross Barnes, forty years ago, was as great as Cobb or Wagner ever dared to be. Had scores been kept then as now, he would have seemed incomparably marvelous.”

Another vote for the Marlins here-with that cast of characters, and Ozzie Guillen in charge, this should be a very entertaining season.
They call me Mr. Baseball. Not because of my love for the game; because of all the stitches in my head.

A's after the first 50 games - to watch Manny Ramirez

Well a lot of guys here have not voted for their team so I think this works out pretty well. You can admit that a team is fun to watch without liking it.

I also like to watch the royals. young team with a lot of talent and great defense. watch out for a breakout year of hosmer. that guy is really good offensively and defensively. I think he will win tons of gold gloves at first.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Royals be a perennial playoff contender. They haven't been good since I'm old enough to remember.

I also voted for the Rays - they have a nicely balanced squad with a bright, young staff. I'd put the Nats and Jays right behind them.

I voted for the Rays. We play D and play small ball and small ball seems to be a lost art in todays baseball but it isn't with the Rays.
