I gotta give the kid a break on something involuntary like that. It's not like he burst into tears or ran away from a fight, he just lost consciousness against his will. Reminds me a bit of a kid I grew up with who fell on ice during recess in grade school, hit his head hard enough to knock himself out, and then wet himself. The poor guy heard about it all the way through junior high and HS, but I always figured he had nothing to do with it...he was out cold when it happened.
I can see this looking pretty trivial compared to soldiers getting torn up in combat, though.

I dont blame him and I know just about every other player would have reacted the same way, but I still found it funny how Adrian Gonzalez just stood there watching the first base coach struggle to keep Rhymes up.

Actually now that Morales has apologized I doubt there will be any retaliation. Everyone heard him say he was sorry and that he didn't do it on purpose.

There seemed to be something personal between Gerald Williams and Pedro Martinez that got both teams involved.
Williams didn't look that intimidating on his own, but he looked pretty big when he was chasing Pedro around.

It has been ratcheted up here lately between us and The Sox. And then in 2010 when Jeter had that acting job it got some tempers flared up.
