what worries me a little is that he was rested some days due to a "sore elbow". If I heard it correctly they said it was on the inside of the elbow. we all know what that means...
but if he can stay healthy (some muscles on his thin body might help protecting his arm) I think he can become a very special pitcher.
BTW: you seem to mix up OPS+ and ERA+ (already did that in the sheets thread)I now have my own non commercial blog about training for batspeed and power using my training experience in baseball and track and field.

Tonight will be a big test for Chris Sale vs the Rangers. Every time I see him pitch I think he's gonna blow his arm out.
I'm not trying to compare Chris Sale to Randy Johnson but does anyone know if Johnson was as skinny as Sale at the same age?"(Shoeless Joe Jackson's fall from grace is one of the real tragedies of baseball. I always thought he was more sinned against than sinning." -- Connie Mack
"I have the ultimate respect for Whitesox fans. They were as miserable as the Cubs and Redsox fans ever were but always had the good decency to keep it to themselves. And when they finally won the World Series, they celebrated without annoying every other fan in the country."--Jim Caple, ESPN (Jan. 12, 2011)
