I heard today on mlb.com radio or whatever that the Phillies either make a run with Utley and Howard back or if they don't Victorino and Hammels will be on the trading block. I guess it is a contract/free agency pending thing but can they not try to sign Hammels, one of the best pitchers in baseball?
