Royals acquired RHP J.C. Sulbaran and LHP Donnie Joseph from the Reds for RHP Jonathan Broxton.

Sulbaran is just fodder for system depth. Joseph has decent peripherals and could be a decent starter for the Royals in a year or two. There's talk that he could even be in their bullpen this season.
