which was started about 6 years ago was acquired by TBS

Turner Broadcasting announced Monday that it has acquired Bleacher Report, a popular network of sports websites.

Time Warner's Turner division acquired sports-news website Bleacher Report. The price was said to be about $175 million.

The social media bubble may be leaking air in the wake of the Facebook IPO, but the one around digital content companies still seems to be expanding -- provided they're the right sort of digital content companies. Turner Broadcasting has made a deal to buy Bleacher Report for a price reported to be $175 million to $200 million.

yeah they have some pretty bad articles. Especially the top 10 lists for baseball positions.
