It's still kind of early, but do you think anyone will make a run at the triple crown in 2012?
Last season, Matt Kemp came the closest, winning the RBI and HR crown but missing the BA crown by 13 points.
As of 8/9/12, Miguel Cabera leads in RBI and is only 2 HR behind Adam Dunn for the lead. However, he is significantly behind Trout in batting average - .345 vs .322.
Maybe Trout can cool off and lose the batting title to Cabrera?
In the NL, I see nobody who can do it. Braun leads in HR, and he is 5 RBI behind Beltran. But he is around 60 points behind McCutchen for the batting average, which is too much.
