The SEVENTH no hitter this season ties the modern era tally. Great for Homer.
The Pirates and the Indians both did such incredible disappearing acts this season. It would have been nice to see the Pirates finish over .500. The Indians, not so much. The thought of Chris Perez feasting on humble pie is good for me, good for you, and for Chris...it's what's for dinner.

Great to see. Bailey had the future ace tag on him from the days he was in Single-A Dayton.

Bailey pitched extremely well- stayed within himself, had excellent control. The Pirates had a couple of opportunities late- Alvarez lined to the left side of the infield- the Reds had the shift on, Rolens was the only infielder on the left side, and the ball was hit right at him. Snider, pinch hitting, hit one hard to left, but it hung up and was easily caught.
