Working For An MLB Team

Has anyone here ever worked for a MLB team? Front office, season ticket sales, clubhouse attendant, security, grounds crew, etc.

If so, I'm curious to know how you landed the job, and what the downsides were. I see season ticket sales openings all of the time for MLB teams which means there is some very high turnover. If anyone can provide some insight I'd appreciate it.
