Who's replacing Farrell as Blue Jays manager?
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning. It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

I read that the Jays will also have to give the Sox a player, too. That seems absurd to me.

Independent team in Georgia a few years ago. Backman now manages the Mets AAA team.

Sure did. Can't understand why they accepted that deal. Seems to me they could have gotten a better one.

Yeah I also dont understand why everybody made a big deal about getting him. He didnt do much with the Jays his 2 years there. People are saying its because the players know and respect him, but geez, he hasnt been there since 2010. Quite a different ballclub than it was then.

Not to mention the Sox are in shambles compared to a young team that has the talent and is up and coming.
