As a Marlins fan, will someone please explain why Selig permits Loria to own and damage two franchises yet Mark Cuban cannot and will never own a major league franchase as long as Seig is the commish? Mark Cuban would certainly revitalize any moribund franchise.

I thought this was gonna be about Loria and his relationship with the Cuban community in Miami.
BTW, I feel lucky that McCourt and Allan were not the best of friends. If they wers, I'd feel the same way as Marlins and Meta fans.
