What kind of formula does Sportsline have for forecasting player performance for its fantasy leagues? It's obviously not from three-year-averages, which are separate.
Just curious, because when they "project" that Barry Bonds will walk only 94 times in almost 500 plate appearances; his OBP will drop to .440; and he will be less valuable than Raul Ibanez or Randy Winn (given about the same number of PAs), I presume it came from the Bureau of Look-My-Butt-:noidea Pull-Something-Out.
