If it had english menus and worked on US systems, I'd play it. Love the Japanese announcers.

I can't wait until Sony's US games catch up with this.

EDIT: Actually, looks like it's made by Konami.

The game does have English menus, and if you have a basic translation guide or reference chart of Kanji you can play the game. Also the PS3 is Region-free so if you can import it, your set. I got it from Play-Asia for $63+$10 Shipping and it is worth it. The Graphics are perfect, the fans are about as well animated as the players in the US. It will be decades until Sony US can match this.

EDIT- The menus in the video are from the "Ni-Gun" Mode, where you play a kid out of high school progressing through the ranks. I know a little kanji (Japanese lettering) And it is advanced. I get to the first season of Pro ball, and I just get lost in the RPG-type leveling and stat things.

I've allways wanted to learn Japanese and that's just one more reason to get this game.

I'm really considering looking into getting this game now. I can see that I can get one for about €50 on ebay (typically you'd have to pay €75 in store for a PS3 game here!).
