Differences in MLB 08 PS2 And PS3?

I am contemplating on getting a PS3. What are the differences between MLB 08 The Show for the PS2 and the PS3? Are there more features in the PS3 version?

I just bought the PS3 yesterday with MLB 08 The Show and its a totally big difference. Well worth the money for the PS3. The PS3 version is 10 times better. Its unbelievable especially if u hook it up to HDTV. Plays much better online too. I was playing the PS2 version for months and now I'm selling it since I got the PS3.

I bought my ps3 the very next day after I started this thread. You hit everything on the button! I also bought MLB 08 the show also the same day. I just need to get a 1080P tv.
