OOTP 5 Question

I just downloaded OOTP 5 for free to try it out and I'm having a problem. I cannot seem to send players up and down through my minor league system. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Lookin for some help. Thanks.

I use ootp v6.51 but you should be able to just drag and drop them between a/aa/aaa

Drag where?

I can highlight and drag them, but I don't know where to dump them. There has to be a certain place where you dump them so they land up where you want them.
