Hello. I am looking for a computer game that emulates the old tabletop games (Strat-o-Matic, Cadeco, APBA, etc.) Not one with on-screen player action, just statistics and numbers, but playable on a laptop. Do such things exist? Any recommendations?

Check out Action PC or Dynasty League Baseball. Action PC is the better of the two. -
I can vouch for Action PC as well as Replay PC Baseball. Both are excellent. Replay even has the dice rolls on the screen. I did a few youtube videos of these games if you want to check out some gameplay and see if you like them.
