Baseball players=Football Game

In Current Events, Bitter Rivals thread, I proposed that the Red Sox and New York Yankees play a game of football. Is there any way this could be done in a fantasy setting? I don't know anything about gaming in either sport.

Come on cant u imagine Varitek at Linebacker....taking out AROD catching a pass over the middle. besides that i dont see how else you would be able to do it...

What you could possibly try is create 30 teams (MLB) on Madden, with all the players and top prospects at the position you think they should be at, and then make a league without a single user-controlled team and then sim all the way through. It might work.
