1) Jack Taylor: lead in wins and ERA and seems the obvious choice to me
2) Cy Young: ERA not as shiny as some, but lead in IP and 2nd in wins - plus returned from injury and fired a shutout to clinch the Sharks playoff berth.
3) Frank Kitson: close call between Kitson and teammate Hahn
4) Noodles Hahn: quite the dominating rotation for the Barons!
5) Jesse Tannehill: another terrific season for Dragons ace
6) Christy Mathewson: Spiders young ace off to a great start to his career
7) Jay Hughes: strong #2 for Sharks
8) Vic Willis: injuries held him to "only" 316 IP
9) Sam Leever: 20-13, 2.51 is a pretty impressive 9th place finisher
10) Addie Joss: if only he hadn't had a pickup squad behind him

1. Jack Taylor, NO - 28-9 record with a 1.90 ERA. pitched 8 shutouts and dominated most of the season
2. Frank Kitson, NO - Almost as dominating as Taylor.26-8 record very impressive.
3. Cy Young, LAQ - Led the league in wins while winning a clutch game after a stint on the Injused list to put his team in the playoffs
4. Christy Matthewson, CLE - 2nd in strikeouts and a 25 game winner for a sub-.500 Spiders squad
5. Vic Willis, JAM - How did this guy miss so many games?? A healthy Willis changes everything in the AL this year.
6. Noodles Hahn, NO - Threw 6 shutouts and won 22 games - plus, I like saying 'Noodles'
7. Jesse Tannehill, SEA - Pitched well enough to win 20-25 games but his offense let him down 'holding' him to 19 wins
8. Jim St Vrain, NO - Tied for the league lead in saves as a rookie. plus he's a rookie.
9. Sam Leever, KK - 21-13 for a Kumquats team that played solid ball all year.
10. Roy Evans, ASY - 18-9 with a 2.88 ERABaseball statistics are like a girl in a bikini. They show a lot, but not everything. ~Toby Harrah
