what are the best attributes of the worst hall of famers? NOT the debatable or ok picks: the real worsts- the lindstroms, mccarthys, haineses, etc.- say the worst10- 20% of players already in. even the most regrettable inductions were better than average guys, and have some redeeming qualities. what did the bad selections actually do well at? this isn't an argument for their inclusion btw, just looking for silver linings...

i'll start- jesse haines had a good record in the world series, and was legitimately one of the best pitchers in the n.l. during 27/28
