I have a question about this process overall. For each round/election per position, are we expect to just list the players we think are HOF-worthy, since this is a HOF-type project? Or are we expected to list our top 20 players regardless of HOF-worthiness? Asking because in some rounds/elections I'm not going to have 20 players I think are HOF-worthy.

Since it is permitted to consider things like gambling and PEDs, HOF worthiness is the standard. Or course by the 2nd and 3rd elections in a 30 nominee position, most of us will be listing guys we don't see as HOFer. Still, we should pick the most worthy of that bunch in that situation.
