    Tom Daly played ball from 1887 to 1903, mostly as a second baseman but he also spent considerable time at catcher. Over those 16 years, he collected 1582 hits, stole 385 bases and hit .278. In 1901, he led the league in doubles with 38.

    Daly hit over .300 in six of his 16 seasons, and he is statistically similar to one Hall of Famer: Phil Rizzuto.

    So...should Tom Daly be in the Hall of Fame?
