            I would also note that we're still in an area where we're sorting out truly great players. Look at the last five elected: Rod Carew, Tony Gwynn, Carl Hubbell, Roy Campanella and Ernie Banks. Those guys are all legendary.

            I think, just glancing over the master list, that once we get past the 100-110 mark we're going to see a real decline in value/mystique.

                        Surprised at the disparity between Clarkson and Keefe... but that's about it. Snider finishes 67th.

                          --I think Hoss Radbourne better defines the era of the super workhorse pitcher better than either Clarkson or Keefe. He'll be on my ballot before either, perhaps as early as the next one.
