C - Dan Wilson - 1996 (we don't ahave much to go with here, hoping Johjima will be better)
    1B - Richie Sexson - 2005(39 HR's beats out Davis, Olerud, and T.Martinez)
    2B - Brett Boone - 2001 (37 HR's, RBI title, 330+ BA - amazing season)
    3B - Edgar Martinez - 1992 (.343 BA, 46 doubles)
SS - Alex Rodriguez - 1996 (league leading .358 BA just beats out his 40/40 season)
    LF - Jay Buhner - 1996 (i'm cheating a little here since he's really a rightfielder)
CF - Ken Griffey - 1997 (followed closely by 1994)
    RF - Ichiro Suzuki - 2004 (2001 wasn't bad either)
DH - Edgar Martinez - 1995 (hey, you never said he couldn't be on here twice - he did have our best seasons at both 3B and DH).

My team's the Yankees, so I'll take them:

Babe Ruth's best season (1921) came when he was playing LF for the Yankees, therefore he is there.

    C-Yogi Berra 1950
    1B-Lou Gehrig 1927
2B-Alfonso Soriano 2002 (slightly over Joe Gordans MVP year)
    SS-Derek Jeter 1999
    3B-Alex Rodriguez 2005
LF-Babe Ruth 1921 (slightly over Babe Ruth 1920)
    CF-Mickey Mantle 1956 (slightly over Joe Dimaggio's 1937)
    RF-Roger Marris 1961
    DH-Jason Giambi 2005
