In fact, identifying the best players of the decade is difficult, not only because so many of the very best players haven't played the full decade, but you also need to have some of your best years line up with the calendar. E.g., Papi was clearly the best DH for a long time, but he retired in 2016, so also missed about half of that decade.
That's a fair criticism of Bryant, but you omitted the preceding paragraph in your quote box, where I pointed out that Cespedes only played five full seasons this decade too.

So if that's roughly equivalent, then pretty much every other way I look at it, Bryant > Yoenis.

This is interesting. A panel of former and current players make their selections for all-decade team:

      Our panel consisted of:

      • Former MVP first baseman Ryan Howard
      • Former All-Star outfielder Vernon Wells
      • Former All-Star outfielder Cliff Floyd
      • A’s shortstop Marcus Semien, a member of this year’s All-MLB team
      • Padres closer Kirby Yates, a member of this year’s All-MLB team
      • Current D-backs pitcher Kevin Ginkel
      • Current Dodgers infielder/outfielder Matt Beaty
